Harpullia is a genus of small to medium-sized rainforest trees with a rounded crown of glossy, evergreen foliage and yellowish-green blooms in spring, followed by vibrant red capsule fruits. It is a low-maintenance species tolerant of coastal conditions and has non-invasive roots, making it suitable for urban planting, though it can be slightly weedy in some regions.
